Terms and Conditions

Luxurious Adventures (“we”, “us” or “our”), provides tours, safaris, transportation and other activities (“Activities”) to participants (“you” or “your”) either itself or through its suppliers.

Vouchers and Tickets

Any sales vouchers and all other tickets and coupons issued in respect of the Activities are furnished and issued subject in all respects to these Conditions of Contract and to any and all terms and conditions of the owners, operators, public carriers and such other persons who provide Activities to you. Copies of such terms and conditions are available on request. The purchase of a voucher or the making of a booking entitling you to participate in an Activity shall be deemed to constitute your consent and acceptance of these Conditions of Contract.

Forms of Payment

We accept major credit cards. Your credit card will be debited when you click the “PAY NOW” button. If you do not have a credit card, you may choose to pay with alternative payment methods offered during checkout. By using a payment method, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the details provided are correct. In fraud prevention cases, Luxurious Adventures reserves the right to verify the payment method at check-in.

– For Credit Card Payments, the merchant name on your statement will appear as “Luxurious Adventures”.
– For Apple Pay, the merchant name will appear as “dnata”.

Local currency is shown for reference only. Final payment will be charged in AED. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees.

Modifications and Cancellations

If you modify or cancel a Booking, the cancellation conditions stated on the Website for the specific Product will apply. Please review the “Cancellation Policy” before booking.

All change requests are subject to availability and supplier approval. Luxurious Adventures does not guarantee acceptance of changes. Refund eligibility depends on supplier policy.

Suppliers may occasionally change product details including dates, pricing, or itinerary. Luxurious Adventures reserves the right to modify or substitute any Product. In case of major changes, you may be eligible for a refund if you do not accept the alternative offered.

Failure to arrive at the designated location on time will be considered a “no show” and is non-refundable.

Supplier-led Cancellations

We may cancel or modify Activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Refunds will be issued at our discretion or the supplier’s discretion.

Risk Acceptance

You acknowledge that certain Activities involve risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You must follow instructions from Activity leaders. Unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Indemnity

Some Activities are high-risk. Luxurious Adventures and its suppliers take safety precautions, but you may be required to sign an indemnity waiver before participation in certain Activities.

Third Party Operators

Some Activities are provided by third-party operators. In such cases, we act as an agent and their terms and conditions apply. We are not responsible for third-party actions or negligence.

Travel Insurance

Luxurious Adventures is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage. Customers are advised to obtain full travel and health insurance. Personal belongings are carried at your own risk.

Purchase Agreement

Purchased services are non-transferable and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Only one promotion may be used at a time.

Lost and Found

Items left behind will be kept for 3 months before being responsibly disposed of.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Dubai.
