Cancellation By You:

The lead name on the booking must provide written notice to cancel the Luxurious Adventure Travel and Tours LLC tour via official chat or email. We will refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as follows:
  • A full refund is applicable for cancellations made before 24 hours.
  • 100% Charge for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
  • Rates are subject to change without further notice, depending on the season.

The refund policy may vary for different tours, detailed in the terms & conditions of each tour. Online payments are accepted through the Stripe payment gateway under the name Skyland, ensuring a fully secure payment system.

Changes Made By Us Before Travel:

We reserve the right to make changes to your Luxurious Adventure Travel and Tours LLC program due to unexpected conditions. If a significant change occurs, we will offer an alternative tour of equivalent or closely similar standard and price at no extra cost. Alternatively, a less expensive tour will result in a refund of the price difference. If you decline the offered alternative, you can choose a different tour, pay any additional cost, or receive a refund of any price difference. Cancellation is also an option with a full refund of paid deposits, excluding any amendment charges.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control:

Luxurious Adventure Travel and Tours LLC cannot provide compensation, reimbursement of expenses, or cover losses for any amount if circumstances beyond our control lead to changes in your booked tour or prevent its fulfillment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, airport closures, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and adverse weather conditions.

Your Responsibility:

While we aim for our customers to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday, you are responsible for your actions and their impact on others. If your actions pose a risk or disturbance, we may terminate your tour. In such cases, refunds, compensation, or additional costs are not liable. Your safety and the condition of occupied property are your responsibility, and we are not accountable for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior.
